Hapag-Lloyd changes terminal in Veracruz

Hapag-Lloyd announces that Messrs. Internacional de Contenedores Asociados de Veracruz SA de CV – ICAVE,  have started to migrate their operations from currently used Terminal 1 to their new Terminal 2 as of July 1, 2019.

Due to above, Hapag-Lloyd’s Med – US Gulf (MGX Service) operations will be transferred to ICAVE Terminal 2, commencing with the arrival of MV “Santa Viola” V-06W33 / V-06E36, ETA Veracruz, Mexico on September 7, 2019.

“It is of utmost importance you kindly take into consideration above changes in order to avoid possible delays with imports and exports dispatches by announcing it to you Customs Broker(s) in a timely manner,” the German shipping company says.

For easy reference, below please find specific terminal(s) data to observe:

• Fiscal ID number for Terminal 1 ……………………………69
• New Fiscal ID number for Terminal 2……………………..275
• Customs House ID number remains unchanged ………..430

“The next Liner Service that will eventually move to Terminal 2 is AL4 for which we will timely confirm the exact dates of its migration,” Hapag-Lloyd adds.
